Ecom Reach Media uses the information you share to review creator partnership enquiries and discuss possible work with you.
What you share
The application asks for your name, email, main channel, audience range, current offer stage and a short project description. We also save the time and consent version associated with your submission. Please leave passwords, private audience records, payment information and sensitive personal details out of your application.
How we use it
Nathan Ray can review your enquiry, assess whether there may be a fit, and respond using your email address. Applying does not subscribe you to a marketing list or create a partnership agreement.
Storage and service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify. Applications are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify processes request information to operate the website and filter spam. Submissions are available to ER Media through its Netlify account and are not exposed through a public submissions page. We do not sell your personal information.
Website features
The product examples run in your browser. Exploring them does not make a purchase or send your selections to ER Media. We have not added advertising pixels or audience analytics. Fonts use your device’s installed fonts.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed for the relevant discussion and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, deletion or an end to contact by using the enquiry form and identifying your note as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity.
Security
Access to stored applications is restricted through the hosting platform. No website or provider can promise complete security. Share only the information needed to explain your project.
